返品への対応、ありがとうございます。
こちらからの要望が２件あります。
１つは、返品の際に支払った日本からドイツへの送料です。
ＥＭＳで、18,850円かかっています。
返金をお願いします。
もう１つは、
２つの商品のうち、今回返品しなかった方、傷がついていた方の商品の件です。
この件は、以前、御社より提案のあった、5％の還付を受け入れようと思います。

I would like to make a couple of requests.
First is regarding the shipping fee from Tokyo to Germany for this return.
It cost JPY18,850 via EMS.
Please refund this shipping fee.
Another request is regarding the damaged item, one of two items, which is not returned. I would like to accept the 5% refund that you suggested earlier.
