日本の法律の関係で、個人的な送金が去年から禁止されているようです。
ペイパルの送金をおこなうページをみると、
①Goods ②eBay Items ③Servicesしかありません。
それに、調べるとこのようなメッセージもありました。～～
個人的な送金と、商用の送金では手数料が違うのですね。
あなたの手元に●ドル残るように合計金額を再計算してもらえませんか。
送金も複数回に分けて行うつもりなので、何ドルずつ送ればよいか指示してください。宜しくお願いします。

It appears that personal money transaction has been prohibited by Japanese law since last year. When I look at the transaction page in PayPal, I only found below options:
1) Goods, 2) eBay Items and 3) Services.
Upon checking few things, I also found message like this: - - -
I even did not know that its administration fee is also different for personal transaction and for commercial transaction.
Could you please recalculate the total cost, ensuring that you can keep ● for yourself?
I am going to divide the total in several transactions therefore can you let me know how much money I should send per transition.

Due to the legal regulations in Japan, it appears that personal transaction has been prohibited since last year.
According to money transfer page on the Paypal, the categories that allows money transfers are only the following; 1. Goods, 2. eBay Items, and 3. Services.
In addition to that, I found these messages after I reviewed it. ~~
The fee is different between personal money transfer and commercial money transfer. Could you please recalculate the total amount, so that you will have $X on you hand at the end. I am planning to make multiple money transfers separately, so please advise me how much I need to send for each money transfer. Thank you for your assistance.

Personal remittance has been banned from last year relating the Japanese law.
When I see the page of paypal's remittance, there are only 1.Goods 2.eBay Items and 3.Services.
And there was such message as below.
