通常誰もが陥りやすいパターンを持っている為、自己の持つパターンを参加者が認識する事は、その後の参加者の生活の中で参加者がそのパターンから抜け出す意図をもった際に有効ではないかという仮説を立ててワークショップを設計した。そして、参加者のその後のフィードバックで有効かどうかを判断する事となった。
Normally everybody has a pattern that one unintentionally tends to follow. The workshop was designed based on the hypothesis that realization of own pattern can help an attendant, in their daily life, to exit from the pattern when they wish to do so. Feedback from attendants was gathered to validate whether the workshop was effective or not.
