After contacting the purchaser,the purchaser has deleted his negative evaluation.
I have convinced him that it is his misunderstanding.
But the problem is that the indices of my Negative Feedback Rate has gone down.
It has nothing that I have done but it is a problem in purchaser's side.
As the indices are affecting my sales can you please restore
the Negative Feedback Rate to its original value.
