今回クレームをいただいた件についてご報告致します。
今回返金に応じることはできない明確な理由が二つあります。
我々は御社のページの説明にある通りの商品をお客様にお送りしました。
この釣り竿のセットは、商品ページにもある通り、小さい魚を釣る携帯用の釣り竿です。
２点目
今回お客様はこの釣り竿を海もしくは川で利用されています。利用する前に家で商品の確認をして返品いただければ弊社も返金に応じますが、１度使用した商品の返金は受け入れられません。

I report the matter that you claimed this time.
There are two clear reasons that we cannot accept repayment this time.
We sent the product to a customer as the described on the page of your company.
This set of fishing rod, as shown on its page, is a portable fishing rod for catching small fishes.
The second point:
The customer used this fishing rod in the sea or a river once. If it was confirmed in a house before using and was returned, we could accept your repayment, but the repayment of the product which you used once will not be accepted.
