お客さんは細かい点を気にする人が多く、Webサイトに掲載されている商品Aのパッケージでないと購入しないので、そちらのパッケージに入っている物に交換して下さい。

Even when the difference between A and B is just in packaging, some customers are very detailed and will only purchase if the arrived item has the same packaging as the one on the online store. Please exchange them with product A with the same package.

Despite that product A and product B are the same products and they only differ in terms of the package design, there are a lot of customers who are keen to the details and might not buy the product A posted on the Website with a different packaging so please change the product to the one with the appropriate packaging.
