返品の手続きですが、
①最寄りの税関にて返品のため、輸入税の払い戻しの申請をしてください。
②返品住所を記載したメールを送信させていただきます。
③返品先住所に「返品商品」として返送をお願いします。
④商品の発送伝票の写真を撮り、メールで送ってください。
④商品が到着しましたら、返品送料、送料、商品代金を返金させていただきます。
大変、お手数をお掛けしますが、よろしくお願いします。

①Please apply for the refund of import duties at the nearby custom house.
②We would send an email with the returning address.
③Please send us back to the above address as "Returning items"
④Please take a picture of the delivery slip and send it to us by email.
⑤Upon the arrival of items, we will refund the postage for return and the payment for goods.
