瞑想経験：最初の学習は１９９０年、マハリシ総合教育研究所にてＴＭ瞑想の受講。それ以降、日常生活のなかで瞑想を実践。２０１１年、東日本大震災を契機に新たな自己探求を志し、デュエン・パッカーとサネヤ・ロウマンが考案したライトボディ瞑想を学び始める。現在、ティーチャーズコースの受講に向けた基礎トレーニング受講中。

Meditation experience: My first learning was taking TM meditation at Maharishi General Teaching Laboratory in 1990. Since then, I have practiced meditation in my daily life. In 2011, the Great East Japan Earthquake led me to start seeking myself. So I started to learn the light body meditation created by Duane Packer and Sanaya Roman. Now I am taking the basic training before taking the teacher's course.
