前回財布を購入したのですが、画像と全く違う商品が送られてきました。
想像と違う、といったレベルではありません。違う商品ではないのでしょうか？
画像も送りますのでご確認ください。
返品したいのですが、これほど画像と違う商品なので返品の際の送料をこちらが支払うというのは納得できません。
送料をそちらが支払っていただくかたちで返品、返金していただきたいのですが、よろしいでしょうか？

I bought a wallet last time but the one that was delivered was completely different from the photos.
It is not on the level wherein there is just some difference. Isn't this a completely different product?
Please confirm as I am sending the photos as well.
I would like to return the product , but I cannot accept the fact that I would have to pay the return charges for a product which is completely different from the photos.
So I would like you to shoulder the return charges and provide me a refund. Is this okay?
