It is unfortunate that you cannot provide the train I purchased from your store. Thank you for contacting me about this matter. Hopefully, in the future, you will not try to sell trains/merchandise that you do not have in stock at your store. It is misleading to the consumer, especially if the consumer is trying to choose between multiple products/trains and long shipping times.
