荷物の到着が遅い原因は、あなたがお住まいの地域の配達業者、もしくは税関に保管されているかもしれません。
荷物の保管期限を過ぎた場合は返送されるはずですが、まだこちらには到着していません。
以前にも言いましたが、荷物がお客様のもとへ届かなかったことは一度もありません。
SAL便を利用する発送方法で、日本からヨーロッパまで荷物を送ると、
どうしても時間がかかります。

When the arrival of the shipment is delayed, it usually means it's being held by either the shipping company or customs in your country.
If the shipment's holding limit is exceeded it is usually sent back, but we still haven't received anything here.
As I mentioned before, we've never had a problem with shipments not reaching customers before.
When shipping using the SAL method, it takes quite awhile for things to reach Europe from Japan.
