日本コンベンション事業協会（CPA）の女性部会は9月13日、つくば国際会議場で「女性部会 つくば防災訓練および交流フォーラム」を実施した。
CPAでは今年5月に「東京臨海広域防災公園体験ツアー」を行なうなど、防災に関するさまざまな取組みを行なっており、今回は防災関連活動としてつくば国際会議場の防災訓練に参加し、避難誘導などを体験した。
午後の部ではつくば国際会議場の視察と、地元MICE業界の交流およびCPAのPR活動の一環として、同館の中会議室で「交流フォーラム」を開催した。

The female section of the Japanese Convention Enterprise Society (CPA) held the Disaster Prevention Practice and Exchange Forum in the International Conference Room on September 13th.
The CPA will deal with a lot of Disaster related problems this year, since it holds the "Tokyo Coastal Catastrophe Park Experience Prevention Tour". Therefore, the members took part in alot of Disaster prevention practises and experienced Escape Guidance at first hand.
In the afternoon, the internation conference room was inspected, and the Exchange forum was held as part of PR activities for CPA, with interaction with the local business world MICE.

Women's department of Convention Planners Association of Japan (CPA) hold a meeting on "Women's Department: Emergency Drill and Inter-communicative Forum in Tukuba" in International Congress Center. CPA is taking some activities such as "Experience Tour for Preventing Oceanfront and Broad Area Disaster in Tokyo" in May of this year and in this time we had experiences of evacuation guidance program which includes disaster drill at the International Congress Center as a part of related-activity of disaster defense.
In afternoon session, inspection of the International Congress Center and "Interactive forum" in an effort to interact with local MICE industry and present PR activities by CPA was gone through.

The Nippon Convention Business Association's (CPA) women's committee conducted a "Women's Committee Disaster Drill and Exchange Forum" at the Tsukuba International Congress Center on September 13th.
A "Tokyo seaside regional disaster prevention park experience tour" held in May this year in CPA, conducted various efforts in relation to disaster prevention, and the Tsukuba International Congress Center participated in the drills and experienced evacuation procedures as part of the disaster prevention activities.
