コーヒー、茶、タバコなどの外的要因による変色歯や、加齢による黄ばみなどの変色歯に漂白効果があります。
未成年は適応症例外です。成人でも、若年者のほうが白くなりやすいといわれています。グレー色の歯については一般的に白くなりにくいといわれています
・ＣＲが入っている歯への漂白は出来ますか。
ホワイトニングによってＣＲ自体の漂白はできません。ホワイトニング終了後、歯の色に合わせて新しくＣＲ充填をされることをお勧め致します。
-Case of adjustment
It has a bleaching effect on the discolored teeth by the external factors such as coffee, tea, or cigarettes and yellowing teeth by the aging.
Legal infancy is out of these cases. Even in adults, younger ages are more likely to have whiter teeth. Gray teeth are generally said to have difficulty to be white.
-Can the teeth with CR be bleached?
CR itself can't be bleached by whitening. We recommend that you should fill another CR with your teeth after whitening.
・光照射器はどれを使えばいいのですか。
ピレーネは380～420nmの波長の光に最もよく反応いたします。また、この波長範囲の光強度が大きいほど高い漂白効果を得ることができます。従いまして380～420nmの光波長を多く照射できる光照射器をご使用下さい。
※プラズマ（キセノン）照射器は出力が高いため、長時間照射すると温度上昇による歯髄への影響が懸念されます。ご使用はお控え下さい。
-Which light irradiance device can be used?
Pyrenees react most to the light of 380～420nm wavelength. Also, the bigger the range of this wavelength is, the more effective bleaching you can get. So please use the light irradiance device which can irradiate light of 380～420nm wavelength effectively.
※Plasma(xenon) light irradiance device develop high power, if radiated for long hours, it might effect on the dental pulp. Please refrain from using it.
・術前の歯面清掃はどのようなものを使用すればよいですか。
フッ素を含まない歯面清掃研磨材の使用をお勧め致します。
弊社取り扱いの商品ですとＰクリーンポリッシングペーストのファイン及びスーパーコースになります。
清掃後はペーストが歯面に残らないよう充分に水洗して下さい。
・施術による脱灰は起こりますか。
ピレーネのｐＨは６．０です。エナメル質が脱灰する臨界ｐＨの５．５よりも高いｐＨとなっており、脱灰が起こりにくい製品となっております。
-What kind of device should be used for cleaning teeth surface before the treatment?
We recommend that you use the polisher for cleaning teeth surface.
We have fine or super course of P clean polishing paste.
After cleaning, wash the teeth surface with water thoroughly in order not remain the paste.
-Will the decalcification occur by a treatment?
Pyrenees is 6.0pH. It is higher than the critical 5.5 pH at which dental enamel starts to be decalcified. This product makes it difficult to decalcify your teeth.
・より高い漂白効果を得るためにポイントはありますか。
ピレーネは380～420nmの光に対して最もよく反応します。この波長域の光をいかに有効利用するかがポイントとなります。使用される光照射器の光波長、光強度をよく確認して下さい。また、光照射器のライトガイドを歯面から1mm前後に近づけて光照射して下さい。光照射距が長くなる程光強度が低下し漂白効果が低下します。
-Is there any knack to get a higher bleaching effect?
Pyrenees reacts most effectively to the light of 380～420 wavelength. The knack is how effectively you use the range of this wavelength. Please confirm the wavelength and strength of the light irradiator. Also, please irradiate the lightguide of irradiator at around 1mm from the tooth surface. The longer the distance from the light irradiator is, the weaker the light becomes and the less effective the bleaching is.
・漂白の目安としてシェードがどの程度変化すれば良いですか。
同系列のシェードの明度が１つ以上あがれば肉眼で充分漂白効果が確認できます。
術前と術後の口腔内写真を撮影することをお勧め致します。
・漂白効果が帯状に現れることがあるのですがどうしたらいいでしょうか。
歯質の石灰化の状態が一様ではないため、漂白効果が帯状に現れることがあります。
しかし処置後徐々に周囲の色になじみ、目立たなくなります。
術前にカウンセリングを行い、患者様への十分ご説明されることをお勧め致します。
-How far should the level of shade change as a guide of whitening?
When the brightness level of the shade in the same group is elevated 1 or more, the whitening effect is definitely visible to the naked eye. It is recommended to take some intraoral photographs before/after a treatment.
- What should be done when strip-shaped whitening effect appears?
Strip-shaped whitening effect might appear as calcification of tooth substance is uneven.
However, the strip-shaped whitening effect gradually blends into the color around it after a treatment and eventually becomes unnoticeable.
It is recommended to provide a patient with a counseling after a treatment to give sufficient explanation.
