DHLヤマトに連絡をしたところ著作権の問題で止まっているようです。
私は該当商品を破棄してすぐこちらに送るよう頼んだのですが、NYヤマトから購入店からの連絡も欲しいと言われました。
連絡が無いと絶対送らないと言われています。
大変お手数ですが、もう1ヶ月も商品を受け取れず困っているので連絡していただけないでしょうか？

This item is currently being held by Japanese customs.
I contacted DHL Yamato and was told it was held due to a copyright issue.
I asked them to send it here, but I was told they wanted to hear from NY Yamato and the store it was purchased from.
They said they will absolutely not send it without hearing from them first.
I'm sorry to inconvenience you, but it has been over a month and I still don't have the item, so could you please contact them?
