answering the inquiry as such is my first experience.
I'm very sorry to bother you due to troubles which happen per order and to make you waste your precious time.
I considered this case not as your claim but as one of troubles which may happen in selling after this. This is the inquiry to you as a seller, so I'm sorry if you feel bad.
