私は現在、米国アマゾンで販売をしている。欧州アマゾンでも前に販売をしていたが今は退会したので欧州のセラーセントラルにアクセスする事が出来ない。米国では既に1099Kを提出した。欧州に法人も銀行口座も無い。私は何を良いですか？

I received an e-mail from Amazon U.S with Amazon Europe attached on it saying "Please submit 1099K".
I am currently selling in Amazon U.S. even before I have been selling in Amazon Europe but since I already withdraw, I cannot access the seller central. I already submitted 1099K to U.S.
Europe doesn't have a corporation or bank account. What shall I do?

I have received an email asking me to send them 1099K by email, by someone with Amazon USA address and signature of Amazon Europe.
I am selling product on Amazon USA, I used to use Amazon Europe, but now I have canceled my account of Amazon Europe, so I can not access to seller central of Amazon Europe. I have already sent 1099K to the one in USA. I don't have a company or bank account in Europe. What should I do?
