Please let me confirm one thing.
Recently, when a buyer with 0 feedback wins the bid and makes a payment, the order gets cancelled as soon as I ship out the product.
Please do not get me wrong; I am merely asking because I want to develop a good relationship with you.
So please let me confirm one thing with you.
Have you ever cancelled an order after purchasing or after I shipped out the item?
I will be waiting for your response.
P.S. I sent out an invoice the other day, but have you had the chance to take a look at it?
Does it display all the correct information?

Please confirm prior to shipment.
There were several cases wherein buyer's with evaluation of 0 would cancel their orders immediately after i have shipped the product after a payment is done.
Please do not feel bad. I would like to ask for each other's full cooperation to deal with this matter
Due to this , please ensure confirmation from your end.
Are there any immediate cancellations for items that you have purchased or for items i have shipped?
After I and after purchase ships, is not steep cancel you?
