もし１年間で千個を発注したら日本総代理権は頂けますか？
以前、貴方は総代理の条件は５千個と言いました。
しかし、私達は商品サンプルが無かった為、自転車展へ申込みができず、大きな機会を逃しました。
これは貴方の責任です。今から年間５千個は無理です。１年間に千個で総代理を任せて貰えるなら、もう一度検討します。
日本はこれから冬へ向かい寒くなる為、サンプルが十月に届くのなら、
自転車のシーズンには間に合いません。売れ始めるのは4月位でしょう。
初回で千個の発注はしません。それでも構いませんか？

In Japan, it is going to be winter and become cold from now on, if the sample arrive in October, it is too late for the bicycle season. It will start to sell again around April.
I won't order 1,000 for the first time.
