I've contacted parcel Motel and recieved the following response:

The shipper would need to chase this up for you regarding this as we have always someone at the depot to accept the deliveries , either they are going to the wrong address or they are giving the wrong reason on the failed delivery?

I tried to get ParcelForce to redeliver but it looks like they may have sent the package back to the source, in which case it is back with you to ensure delivery.

Parcel Motel に連絡を入れたら、次のような返答を受けました。

配達が受け取れるよう、倉庫では常時係りの者がおります。この件に関しましては、運送業者が送り主の荷物を追跡する必要があると思われ、荷物が誤った住所に届けられる、もしくは不着配達の理由が間違っているなどが考えられます。

ParcelForcenに再配達を依頼したところ、荷物は送り元に戻されてしまったようで、その場合は配送を確かなものにするために送り主様に返送されることとなります。

"Parcel Motei”に連絡したところ以下の返信を受取りました:

「Parcel Motelは入荷商品を受取る倉庫にいつでも人が配置してあるので送付元がお客様の為にこの小包の追跡をする必要があります。ParcelForceは間違った送付先に配達しようとしているのか、あるいは配達のできなかった理由を創作しているのではありませんか。」

ParcelForceにもう一度配達するよう依頼してみましたが、小包は既に送付元に返送されていると思われます。もしそうであれば、確実に配送する責任は貴店舗に戻ります。
