it's stiff and melted. So, it means I have to do it myself, but I don't see a new belt anywhere. You forgot to ship the new belt?

こんにちは。先ほど箱を開けてみたのですが、壊れた黒いベルトが何点か入っているのを見つけました。堅くて溶けています。これは自分で対処しなければならないという事でしょうか？しかし、新しいベルトはどこにも見当たりません。新しいベルトは送り忘れたのでしょうか？
