Yes,it's bad luck and I will return the box today, but I have also to make a lot of extra shipping costs to send it back to you. Later this day I will email you the costs (and a picture from the proof I did send it to you).
This is my first negative experience with Japanese post, because all my other buyings from Japanese goods are perfectly packed, and it's also the first time that I had to pay such an amazing amount of money for import tax (Euro46,48), I will enclose proof of my payment.

これは、日本の郵便では初めての残念な経験です。通常日本からの購入商品はきちんと梱包されていますし、こんなに高い輸入税(46,48ユーロ)を支払ったのも初めてです。こちらの支払い証明も同封させていただきます。
次回からは全てが順調であることを祈っています。
