製品のクォリティは良いですね。とても素晴らしい！
ただ、日本で販売するにあたり、少し課題もありました。
1.パッキングが不十分。
->箱を開けたところ、バックパックが何も梱包されていない
状態で出てきました。
テープでしっかりと箱が閉じてあったので、開梱時はカッター
ナイフを使う必要があります。
カッターナイフで開梱した場合、バックパックを切る可能性が
非常に高いです。特に税関の抜き打ち検査が危険です。
”開梱時にカッターナイフを使わないで！”というような
ステッカーは用意できませんか？
The product's quality is very good. It's amazing!!
However, I just have one issue regarding the selling in Japan.
1. The packing is insufficient.
-> I discovered that the backpack wasn't covered with anything when I opened the box.
There is a need to open the box using a cutter since the it is tightly sealed with tape.
There would be a high chance to cut the backpack if you use a cutter to open the box. This is very possible especially when the customs would conduct a surprise inspection.
Is it possible for you to make a sticker that says, "Please don't use cutter when opening the box!"?
2.スケボーのエアキャップが不十分。
スケボーを梱包するエアキャップの角に穴が開いていました
角の部分の梱包をもう少ししっかりと行うことはできますか？
それと、製品について一番気になる点について教えて下さい。
折り畳んだスケボーを広げた状態で固定ができません。
折り畳み部分のヒンジは硬めですが、これではトリックが
ほぼできないと思います。
この製品はロングスケートボードなので、トリックは想定
していないということでしょうか？？
将来ヒンジを固定できる改良版を製作する予定はありますか？
2. Insufficient use of the bubble wrap.
The skate board was not packed with care and the bubble wrap did not apply to its corner portion.
Could you pack the skate board more carefully, especially the corner portion?
Further, this may be the most issue of the skate board.
It can not fix the divided decks flat when it is opened from the folded condition.
The hinge connecting the divided decks for folding is rather firm to fold it over, but with this construction it is almost impossible to make the tricks.
Is the tricks not considered because of the long skate board?
Do you have any plan for firmly fixing the divided decks flat in the future?
