We would like you to sign an exclusive contract with us. Only for six months would be fine to begin with. If we can't achieve results after six months or one year, you can terminate the contract any time.

I would like to get an exclusive contract with you just for 6 months for starters. It will be fine if you want to terminate the contract with us if we cannot achieve results in 6 month, or an year.
I have contacted dwellsmart a few times before. However, we are hoping to import on the basis of exclusive contract with your company in the Japanese market.
