以下の状態のヘッドセットが多くあり、お客様からクレームがきています。
・マイクをヘルメットに取り付ける部分の接着剤が暑さで溶けてベタベタになっている。接着力が弱くマジックテープを剥がそうとすると接着剤の方が剥がれてしまい取り付けることができない。
・マイクの先端部分の部品がぐらついていて、ノイズを発生している。
これらのヘッドセットを本体と一緒に返品できますか？
There are a lot of claims from customers regarding the following conditions of the headset.
・The adhesive that attaches the mic to the helmet melts when exposed to heat and becomes sticky. When I peel of the velcro the adhesive comes off because of the weak bond strength and I'm not able to attach it.
・The tip of the mic becomes unsteady and makes noise.
Will we be able to return the headset and the whole package?
