日本旅行業協会（JATA）海外旅行推進部と香港政府観光局は、8月に大阪、名古屋、福岡で「香港展示会・見本市セミナー」を開催する。
セミナーでは、旅行業者などを対象に、展示会や見本市をどのようにビジネスにするかを解説。日本企業が香港での展示会・見本市に出展する意義、ビジターとして買い付けに行く意義を紹介する。
香港政府観光局からMICEに対するサポート体制や、香港で開催されている展示会・見本市の特徴などを説明。
また香港貿易発展局が各展示会や旅行業界へのサポートについて講演を行なう。
Overseas trip promotion departoment of JATA (Japan Association of Travel Agents) and Hong Kong Tourism Bureau will hold "Hong Kong Exhibition and Trade show seminar" in Osaka, Nagoya and Fukuoka in August.
In the seminar, tour agencies are explained how to make a business out of exhibitions and trade shows. The meaning are explained why Japanese companies put up a display booth in exhibitions and trade shows in Hong Kong and visit them for a purchase.
A support system of MICE from Hong Kong Tourism Bureau and the characteristics of exhibitions and trade shows held in Hong Kong are also explained.
A lecture will also be held about the support for each exhibition and tourism business by Hong Kong Trade Development Bureau.
