In doing so, Unilever’s ‘Social Media Focus Group’ of 20,000 Vietnamese consumers was established within 24 hours, and 95 percent of the group accounted for their target audience of 15 to 30 year olds. With the survey conducted in this campaign, valuable insights were generated, a strong digital audience was built and mass brand awareness was produced with a US$0 promotion budget.”
