Thank you always for providing such adorable dolls. However I must ask that when you send these dolls, you protect their eye parts from scratches as much as possible. I would very much appreciate it if you could perhaps wrap the outside in bubble wrap or some sort of cushioning material and completely wrap the head of the doll. I understand you will have to go through extra trouble to do this but it will be truly appreciated.

I appreciate it if you could use cushion material such as bubble wrap to cover the whole face with bumpy side facing outside. Thank you for always sending the cute dolls. But, when you sending the dolls, please protect and make sure the eye of the dolls not scraped as much as possible. I would be glad if you put bubble wrap or cushioning material in the outer part to cover the doll's whole face. Sorry for trouble you, but thank you so much.
