Unfortunately, she couldn't get a certification of 1st-DAN but I think that was good experience for her. Thank you for your good advice. It was caused by my mistake of shipping fee pricing. So I apologized to her and cancelled it, and then I refunded it to her. But it caused such the circumstance because of my lack of communication. I hope to settle it with calling eBay. But I can't speak English well enough to explain it, unfortunately.
