Thank you for your reply and your patience. Please wait for more while until it arrives. When the item arrives safely, will you cancel the escalation of Paypal? On that system, if I do not take any action by February 18th, the refund will be automatically made to your Paypal account. I cannot handle it. I appreciate your help. Thank you.

When you receive the goods without any problem, would you please reverse the Paypal’s escalation? If I don’t do anything about this matter by February 18th, the money will be automatically refunded to your Paypal account. I am not allowed to do the procedure from my side. Your kind support on this matter would be highly appreciated.
