今回添付資料は厨房の設備のリストです。
以前のお店のままですので、８割くらいがそのままで２割くらいは変更ありと考えてください。
信用ベースで動いていきますが、きちんとしておかないといけない所はしておかないといけないと考えています。
慎重になり、時間も掛かりますし相手の気持ちも良くないこともあるかもしれませんが、
しかっりとした会社を作り、お店を出したいと考えております。

Till thee moths after the shop opens, one of our staffs will work at the shop.
We must talk about the living expense during his/her stay in Japan and Philippine and the wage.

We will use the old shop, so we will use some 80 % of it as it is, Please think that the change would be with the remaining some 20 %.
We will work with our mutual trust; I think, however, we must make exact contracts for important points.
We will sometimes become too careful, will take time, and might make the partners feel bad.
But we will make a good company and open the shop.

Upon the opening, we have a plan to dispatch our employee to the Philippines for three months.
We need to discuss for which will shoulder the expense including the accommodation and the salary during the stay.
Attached file this time is the list of facilities, equipment etc. necessary for the kitchen.
As the existing facilities and equipment are reused, the 80% will be remained as those and 20% will be updated.
We have been proceeding on the trust basis, but we feel that those must be should be done properly.
We should be careful and it takes a long time, but we need to establish a rigid and solid company and go for opening while we shall focus on the concerns that those may give uncomfortable feeling to our partners
