5月29日に注文した商品がまだ届きません。6月22日にemailで日本に到着していると返事をもらいましたが、正しい情報でしょうか？
日本の配送業者に問い合わせても確認できません。webサイトで追跡してもOn Board Aircraftとなっています。
日本に到着している事が確認できるトラッキングナンバーを知らせていただけますか。

The item which I placed an order on May 29 has not arrived yet. I got a response by e-mail that said the item had arrived in Japan on June 22. It that the right information?
I made inquiry to the delivery company in Japan, but I could not confirm it. The tracking on the website only shows 'On Board Aircraft'.
Could you please let me know a tracking number by which I can confirm that the item has arrived in Japan ?

I haven't received the product ordered on 29th May. I got the response that it had arrived in Japan by e-mail, but is it right?
I asked the distributor in Japan, but I couldn't confirm it. Also in website, a result of tracing was "On Board Aircraft".
