展示会で品番をメモしたのですが、 ラインシー トをもらっていませんでした。 メモだと品番のスタイルや色もわからず不安なので、品番が正しいか確認するのでラインシートの手 配をお願いします。また、別注商品は、当初 2月10日出荷予定との事で したが、確実に10日までには出荷することは可 能でしょうか。

I wrote down the product number at the exhibition, but I didn't receive a line sheet. It is difficult to determine its style and color of the product number with just a memo and I feel insecure, so please arrange the line sheet to check whether the product number is correct or not. And the shipping expected date of the another ordered product was February 10th, but could it be possible to ship it surely by 10th?

I jotted down the part numbers of the products at the trade show but forgot to get a line sheet. The note I jotted is not really specific and I can't figure out what style the part numbers are. I don't even know what colors they are. I'd appriciate it if you could send me the line sheet so I can confirm the part numbers. As for the special order I made, you once told me the package was going to be dipatched on February 10, can you make sure about this, please?
