商品ページには、PayPalによる支払い可能と書いてあります。
米国外のアカウントからの支払いを受付けないのなら、商品ページに書いて貰わなければ私には分かりません。
貴方はWUで送金しろと言うけれど、日本のWUからは、eBayへの送金が禁止されているので、支払いできません。
私は日本に住んでおり、PayPalの米国アカウントも開設できません。キャンセルもできないなら私はどうすればいいの？
これは明らかに貴方のミスです。貴方がPayPal設定を変更してくれれば私はすぐに支払いますよ！

On the product page, you are writing that payment through PayPal is acceptable.
If you can accept payment only from accounts in America, you should write so on the product page for my understanding.
Though you ask me to pay through WU, I cannot do that as remittance from WU to eBay is prohibited.
I live in Japan and cannot open an American account in PayPal. If you cannot allow me to cancel my order, what should I do?
It is obviously your fault. I will pay immediately only if you change the setting of your PayPal.
