案内頂いた電話番号にかけてみたところ、全く話が通じません。
Takeuchi ryosukeという人物も御社名も全く知らないとのことです。
番号が間違っているのかとも思いましたが、会社名はGlorius Japan とのことなので、番号の間違いでは無さそうです。彼からの返信では、電話対応はしていないとのことです。
これは日本の商習慣上あり得ないことです。
I received a reply from him today.
I have several things to report and questions.
Firstly, in regards to his credibility.
I called the number you've given me but he had no knowledge whatsoever.
He didn't know Takeuchi Ryosuke or the name of your company.
I thought the number might be wrong but their corporate name is Glorious Japan. The number seems correct.
According to him, he doesn't provide telephone supports.
That's impossible in the Japanese business practice.
所属する会社名を偽っている疑いがあります。
加えて、彼のメールアドレスのドメインはyahoo.co.jpです。
このメールアドレスは無料で取得できるもので、通常ビジネスをやる際に、使うメールアドレスではありません。
何の身元の証明もなく自由に作成できるものです。
まるで、詐欺を働くペーパーカンパニーのような印象です。
以上の点から、ビジネス上の彼の信頼性は非常に低いと言わざるを得ません。

次に、御社と彼の関係についてです。
He might be using a corporate name he's not working for.
In addition, his email address domain is yahoo.co.jp.
You can obtain this address for free and normally this type of domains are not used in business.
Practically, anybody can create one without providing their background information.
I had an impression that this might be scam or a dummy corporation.
From the above reasons, I came to a conclusion that his business credibility is very low.
Please let me know if you know his address.
Secondly, I'd like to ask you about the relationship with your company and him.
