日本PCO協会は5月24日、ホテル日航東京で年次総会、特別セミナーおよび会員交流会を開催。約50社・団体から90人以上が出席した。
総会に先がけて、代表幹事の近浪弘武氏（日本コンベンションサービス(株)代表取締役社長）が挨拶。60団体から90団体への会員拡大、韓国・シンガポールの業界団体と締結したグローバル化、仙台で開催したセミナーをはじめとする人材育成の充実と2012年度の成果を振り返った。

Japan PCO Association held its annual convention in the Hotel Nikko Tokyo on May 24. More than 90 people from about 50 companies/groups attended the special seinor and party there.
Hirotake Chikanami, secretary general, who is also the CEO of Japan Convention Services Inc. （訳注：正式名称確認要）, addressed to kick off the meeting. He reviewed the preceding year of 2012 with the achievements: the membership increased to 90 parties from 60, international affiliations made with the counterparties in Korea and Singapore, and enhanced educations including the seminor held in Sendai as well.

JAPCO (Japan Association of Professional Congress Organizers) held the annual meeting and special seminar on May 24 at Hotel Nikko Tokyo. There were over 90 participants from about 50 companies and organizations.
Beginning with the meeting, the chairman of the association Mr. Hirotake Chikanami (President and CEO of JCS Co. Ltd) delivered the opening speech regarding a target for expanding the membership from current 60 organizations to 90 organizations, the agreement for globalization entered with the economic organizations from Korea and Singapore, enhancement of the human development program such as the seminar held at Sendai and the achievement in 2012.
