My wife ordered this product. It arrived within the time frame quoted and was packed well. They had a hand written thank you note in English. It would have helped to have the directions in ENGLISH included with the note. She said it wasn't rocket science to operate but knowing the allowed heating time and when to use(before or after mascara) would have been very helpful.
妻がこの製品をオーダーしました。書かれていた期間内に届き、包装もきちんとされていました。英語でありがとうございますと書いた手書きのメモが入っていました。そのメモと一緒に英語の説明書が入っていればもっと良かったと思います。妻は、使い方がすごく難しいわけではないけれど、加熱の許容時間といつ使用するか（マスカラをつける前か後か）がわかれば、もっと親切だと思うと言っていました。
