It would have been most helpful to have included "how to use the product" in English in the package. My wife ordered the product and thought that along with the thank you note in English some brief directions in English would have been helpful. ie. how much time to allow for heating up and whether to use it before or after mascara. Also is there any way to tell when the batteries are going out other than diminished heat?

I understand that the product is Japanese and came from Japan but this is something you might consider.

“商品の使い方”の英語版が含まれていたら、とても役に立っていただろうと思います。妻が商品を注文したのですが、英語の礼状と一緒に英語の簡単な説明書が入っていれば、役に立っただろうと思いました。例）どれぐらいの時間温めて良いのか、マスカラの前か後どちらに使えば良いのか。また、温度の低下以外で、バッテリー切れがわかる目印等はありますか？

商品が日本製で日本から取り寄せているという事は理解しています。ただ、以上の事をご考慮頂ければと思います。

私の妻は商品を注文して、それに「お買い上げありがとうございます」と英語で書かれたカードが入っていると思っていた。

短い英語の文章の使用法、たとえばどのくらいの時間熱するのかとかマスカラをつける前に使うのか後に使うのか、があると役に立ちます。

また、熱くならなくなったらバッテリー切れではなく、どれくらい使用したらバッテリー切れになるかを知る方法は無いですか。

日本製で日本から購入したことは理解していますが、これはちょっと考慮してください。
