1. Then if there is a high demand for monogrammed items I will divide them into separate orders. Up to how many monogrammed items should we send out just the regular way?
I will make separate orders if numbers exceed those.

3. I'll let you know once I know the size and weight of the boxes. Just to be sure, I understand that you will pay for the cost of the returns? but are you sure this is okay?

I would like to answer points 1-3.
1. For large orders of embroidery, I will make up a different order form. Up to a certain number, the customer can order with the usual form, but once they surpass that number, they need to order using the other form.
2. I sent you a picture. Please see the attached file.
3. Once I know the size and weight of the package, I will contact you. And, just to be on the safe side, are you agreeable to the idea that, should any items need to be returned, you will pay for those fees?

1) I think the safest option would be to put monogrammed items on a separate order. This way, anytime they are not able to get to your monogrammed items it wouldn’t hold up the other order. Would that work for you?

2) This is something that should be caught by our “packers” when they are putting the items into the boxes. Can you please send a picture of an example?

3) What is it costing you to send back the items? If you can give us an example of what a certain size and weight box would cost you we can look into it and get a comparison for you.
