前月に出荷できたものがなぜいきなりルールが変わるのでしょうか？
そうルールを簡単に変えられてしまうと安心して御社に荷物を届けることができません。
一度小さなロッドで確認してから、こちらも大きなロッドを買っているので、必ず出荷制限は解除して頂きたい

Why does the rules change for an item that was okay to ship just last month?
I can't feel comfortable having my packages sent to your company if you can change the rules so easily.
