最近、HCをしてもらう状態では、自分は助けてもらっているという事を感じることができる事に気がついた。そして、それは自分が求めていた事なのだと気がついた。
しかし、人からいつも私にHCでサポートしてもらう事は考えづらい。私自身がセルフケアしづらい行動を改善する度に誰かにより沿ってもらうのも無理だろうと思う。床に眠る、身体によい食事を作ろうとすると鍋を焦がしてしまうというのは一年生の時から始まり、そして続いている。セラピストと共に取り組んできたが、改善の兆しなく経過してきた。

But, I cannot be assumed that people will support me with HC all the time. It is hard to make somebody snuggle up to me everytime I improve my action which hardly manage by myself. I am sleeping on the floor, burnning the pot when I try to cook healthy food since I was a freshman. I was working hard on this problem with my therapist, but it has never been improved a bit.
