JP27サイズを注文したつもりだったのですが、誤ってＪＰ29サイズを注文してしまっていたようです。
大変申し訳ありませんがＪＰ27サイズにサイズ変更をして頂けませんでしょうか？
靴底に穴の開いている靴の写真についてなのですが、手元に商品がありませんので、先日送った写真以上の大きさの写真がない状況です。
商品がお客様から返品されてきたら、詳しい写真を送りますので、こちらの返品もご対応頂けると助かります。
追加の注文がありますので、その時に一緒に送ってください。

As for the shoes with a hole in the sole, I do not have the product at my hand, and the picture I sent was the only one I have.
