JP27サイズを注文したつもりだったのですが、誤ってＪＰ29サイズを注文してしまっていたようです。
大変申し訳ありませんがＪＰ27サイズにサイズ変更をして頂けませんでしょうか？
靴底に穴の開いている靴の写真についてなのですが、手元に商品がありませんので、先日送った写真以上の大きさの写真がない状況です。
商品がお客様から返品されてきたら、詳しい写真を送りますので、こちらの返品もご対応頂けると助かります。
追加の注文がありますので、その時に一緒に送ってください。
注文メールも後程送ります。

I thought I ordered JP27, but it looks I accidentally ordered JP29.
Would you mind changing my order to JP27 ?
Regarding the photo of the shoes which have a hole, currently, I don't have a bigger photo than the one I sent you the other day since I don't have it right now.
I will send you a detailed photo when it comes back, so please kindly accept the returning item.
As I have more orders to place, please send it together.
I will send you some order mails later.
