本体は丸い突起が４つと平たい突起が1つですが
ヘッドのほうは丸い穴が4つで平たい突起に合う穴がありません。

The body has got 4 round and 1 flat protrusions, but the head has got only 4 round holes without flat one.

Did you check the photo? I was not able to use the head beccause the type is difference.
Please send a head of correct type.
The outlet of the body has four round projections and one flat projection, on the other hand, the head has four round holes and no flat hole.
