In all cases CoC document is required. If you are not able to obtain CoCs in
Japan, we can try to get them from my sources. For that purpose I need
answers to all questions in my list plus a copy of registration document and
clear picture of identification plate. This set of information allows us to
get answered the question, whether CoC is available or not.
あらゆる場合においてCoCは必要です。日本でCoCを入手することが出来ないならば、私のつてのほうから取れるように努力します。そうするためには、リストに掲載した質問全部に答えていただくことと、登録証のコピー、ナンバープレートがはっきり写っている写真が必要です。このデータがあれば、CoCの入手が可能か否か、関係機関から回答をもらうことが出来ます。
