一ヶ月以上前に「LEGO Palace Cinema」を2個購入したのですが、未だに荷物が届いていません。
トラッキングナンバーから確認すると日付がおかしいのですが、実際に発送されたのでしょうか？
もし間違いであるならば、キャンセルし返金していただきたいのですが。

Hi,
I place an order of 2 "LEGO Palace Cinema"s, which have not arrived yet.
As I checked the tracking number, the date of shipping seemed to be incorrect; are you sure you really shipped them?
If you did not, I'd like you to cancel the order and give me a refund.

I purchased two packs of "LEGO Palace Cinema" more than a month ago, but they still have not arrived.
