私達はＰＰＡを有した事案を開発することで報酬を頂くこととしております。したがって、私達の報酬は減少しますが、台湾グループの立場で考えた場合、どのように考えてもこれから先、Ａ工業、Ｂさん、Ｃさんを中心とした３８円を条件とする手堅い事案の確保を進めるべきです。権利売買事案はリーズナブルな事案以外無理をして介入すべきではありません。
We are exclusively accepting the reward for developing the case with PPA. Therefore, our reward decreases, but when considered from Taiwan Group's position, how ever considered, from now on, a firm case should advance on the condition that Industry A, Mr. Ｂ and Mr. Ｃ will play their roles. Rights-trade case, other than a reasonable one, should not be overdone and intervened.
福島、秋田の大規模事案、そして鹿児島の小規模事案を台湾グループの基盤とし（条件がまとまれば熊本もでしょうが）、Ａ工業、Ｂさんの建設力・技術力を有効活用した中で３８円の手堅い事案の一からの開発を発電事業者の位置づけで進められるべきです。
また、Ｂ電機の事案については、保険の検証をこれから進められることとする中、私達のネットワークである損保ジャパンさんとの協議を行いますが、出来るだけ早急にＢ電機に対しての可否の打診をなされるべきです。
