複雑な権利者構成が絡む事案との契約に臨む上で、法的対応を当初から行うのが日本で多いです。これだけの事案となると、日本では、メールのやりとりをはじめ契約の協議等、当初から顧問弁護士が加わるケースかと思います。本日、再度の協議があるようですが、言った言わないで問題となりますと非常にこじれます。日本でも不動産＋権利取引は非常に慎重に行われるのが通例です。ＤＩさんがそれらの全ての全面に立つのは非常に苦労されます。

When a contract concerning a completed structure of right holders is going to be made, it is usually handled legally from the beginning in Japan. ②今後の事案についての私の所見
熊本については、明確な条件と強い購入意思を示された状態にありますので、条件クリアと予防策の徹底によりこの推進可否をご決定されてください。
その上で、今後は権利売買が複雑に絡む事案について（特に権利者が何人も加わっているような事案）は実施すべきではないと私は思います。
台湾グループとして本年度にどれだけの事案を開拓なされるのが目標か、その量によっても変化するものとは思いますが、まずは、Ａ工業、Ｂさん、Ｃさんのパートナー体制を固めることが肝要と思います。

In addition to that, I believe you should not condut any matters with complicated rights tradings in future (particularly the matters with many right holders added).
I think the amount will change depending on how far you aim to expand the business as the Taiwan group, but I believe it imporant to strengthen the partner relationsip with A industry, Mr B and Mr C at first.
