English

When a contract concerning a completed structure of right holders is going to be made, it is usually handled legally from the beginning in Japan. For a matter like this in Japan, a company lawyer is joined in for initial negotiation such as email exchange. I think there is anoher meeting today, but it will be very complecated if the focus is what has been said or not. It is usual in Japan to conduct tradings of real estate and rights very carefully. It will be very tiring for Mr DI to stand against all of them.
