その書類には、qtyが1個と書かれていました。
ですので、実際には2個返送されているのに、pdfにはqtyが１となっていたので
返品を受けとったアマゾンの担当者が、混乱しているのではないでしょうか。

Thus, even though 2 were shipped, the pdf says 1.
Apparently, Amazon got confused about the number of returned items.

I checked the PDF file from UPS again, which you sent me for a return to Amazon. In this file, the quantity is written as one. Therefore, two items were actually returned, but the quantity in the PDF is one so that I assume that an Amazon staff who received the returned item is having trouble.
