品質表示タグのデータを作成する為、それぞれ、商品ごとの素材の構成比率を教えて頂けますか？

上記の様な形で、商品ごとの素材の校正比率のご連絡をお願い致します。
ご連絡いただいた後、なるべく早くデータをお送り致します。
データは、PDFかイラストレーターどちらのデータが宜しいですか？

And please tell us the material composition of each item as the following form, because we are preparing data for care labels:
(e.g. 170001 cotton 10%/recycled leather 90%)
On receiving your response, we will send you the data as soon as possible. Do you prefer the data being sent by PDF or by Illustrator?
